Eric Langford is a developer of build-to-suit and speculative real estate investments.  Recent projects include a 600,000 SF, $90 million retail development in Murphy, TX, the 182,000 SF regional headquarters for Carrier Corporation, a 95-acre, 300,000 SF investment in Greenville, TX.  He is currently building a 1,240,000 SF commercial campus in Arlington, TX.

 

Additionally, he is president of Viewplicity, LLC, a software developer and marketer, vice president, investments for a Dallas-area trust, and a founding director of T Bank, a community bank.     

 

Previously, Langford served as senior vice president, Texas for Opus West Corporation, a developer of office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties, and as senior vice president for Koll Development (now KDC), as well as developing on his own.      

 

Langford served as founding president of the 2000-member North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and received Dallas real estate’s highest honor, the Stemmons Service Award, in 1996.
